Job Description
- Operate and maintain various bindery equipment including but not limited to folding cutting stitching and collating machines.
- Assemble printed materials by hand or machine ensuring the finished product meets customer specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect completed work for any defects or inconsistencies and ensure the highest quality before packaging.
- Perform routine maintenance on bindery equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with organizing and packaging completed jobs for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
- Prior experience in a bindery or similar role is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to highquality work.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and efficiently manage time to meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
