Job Description
A close affiliate of Doosan Bobcat Doosan Digital Innovation America LLC (DDIA) is the primary provider of managed IT services to the world famous Bobcat Company. Beyond Bobcat DDIA provides IT services to a wide variety of Doosan affiliates all over the world.
Location : Fargo
Job Information
Provide internal PC support and management in the form of installing software and updates diagnosing hardware and software problems; and repairing PCs as well as peripheral equipment.
Role & Responsibility
- High level of motivation and independence
- Strong background with Windows based software troubleshooting
- Windows 10 and the Microsoft Suite (Word Excel Access and PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload
- Ability to complete assigned activities as well as meet milestones
- Ability to multitask technical fast
Job Requirement
FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Working towards a Bachelors Degree in MIS or Computer Science.
EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- A working knowledge and understanding of client computing technologies and their interworkings.
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Must be knowledgeable in PC hardware and software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- Work under pressure and prioritize and manage workload
- Ability to complete assigned activities as well as meet milestones
- Ability to multitask technical fast
- Relocation to site is required
- Minimum Experience: 0 >2 years
