- Job Summary:
Were seeking a highly strategic forwardthinking individual to join our President and Corporate Development team. This role is ideal for someone who can think ahead while staying grounded in executionsomeone who thrives in planning yet knows how to move things forward amidst daytoday complexity.
Youll play a key role in supporting executives and crossfunctional teams by providing thought partnership research analysis and structured project management. From mid to longterm strategic planning to nearterm support youll help keep priorities aligned progress visible and actions moving. This role is essential for ensuring our strategic agenda stays not only visionary but operationally executable in a fastmoving evershifting environment.

What youll do
- Strategic & MidTerm Planning: Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to support executives in developing refining and tracking strategic roadmapsspanning both mid and longterm horizons.
- Support & Project Management: Drive daytoday coordination of strategic projects ensuring timely stakeholder alignment and accountability for deliverables.
- Corporate Scorecard Ownership: Design and manage the corporate scorecard to monitor the progress of strategic goals across the organization.
- Operational Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly operational reports that synthesize progress across product pillars and business units for executive and leadership teams.
- Executive Engagement: Prepare presentations and materials for executive meetings to support informed decisions; coordinate followups and track action items.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct rigorous research and strategic analyses to support planning decisions and evolving business needs.
- CrossFunctional Influence: Build trusted partnerships across teams connect insights across teams and influence leaders without authority to ensure shared strategic alignment.
What youll bring
- 12 years of professional experience including 8 years in corporate strategy strategic planning management consulting or a related field
- 3 years of experience working within an operating company with a proven ability to translate strategic plans into realworld
- Demonstrated success in dynamic crosscultural and fastpaced environments
- Exceptional communicatorboth written and verbalwith a strong ability to craft strategic narratives and develop engaging humancentered presentations that drive alignment influence stakeholders and serve as effective tools for storytelling and change management
- Exceptional at juggling multiple projects without losing focus with a sharp eye for detail and followthrough
- Adept at balancing logical thinking with practical considerationsgrounding big ideas in realworld feasibility
- Strong critical thinking and multiperspective analysisable to understand implications across business people and operational dimensions
- Teamfirst mindset grounded in humility and a strong sense of shared purpose; receptive to feedback adaptable to shifting priorities and able to stay focused and effective in the face of ambiguity and change
- Fast learner intellectually curious and energized by new challenges
- Fluency in Japanese is a strong plus but not required
Base Salary Range:The full range is $128000.00 $235000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidates qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
