WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LEAD MANAGER DATA GOVERNANCE & QUALITY

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Design and implement data governance frameworks policies and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data governance practices with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute processes for data quality monitoring and improvement.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies errors and gaps.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure data quality and governance effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and company policies related to data usage and protection.
  • Partner with IT and legal teams to address data privacy and security concerns.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units IT and analytics teams to align data governance with organizational needs.
  • Conduct training and workshops to educate teams on data governance principles.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for data governance and quality processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends tools and best practices in data management.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 3 years of experience in data governance data quality management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of implementing data governance frameworks policies and tools to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor interpret and improve data quality metrics while providing actionable insights.
  • Experience with data management tools (e.g. data catalogs data lineage platforms) and reporting software (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for data privacy and security (e.g. GDPR CCPA).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and align stakeholders paired with impactful storytelling using data.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problemsolving skills balancing attention to detail with strategic vision.
  • Bachelors degree in Data Science Information Management Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
  • Experience on consumer goods strongly preferred.
