Job Opportunity: Insert Operator Overnight Shift
Location: Onsite in Lynnfield MA
Pay Rate:$19/hour
Schedule: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM (Overnight Shift)
About the Role:
Are you a detailoriented mechanically inclined professional looking for a dynamic production role Join our team as an Insert Operator where youll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of documents on inserting machines. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy working with production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation & Maintenance:
- Operate inserters at optimal speeds while maintaining highquality standards.
- Clear jams and troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform minor preventative maintenance and adjustments to keep machines running smoothly.
Production Efficiency & Organization:
- Organize tasks and resources to meet deadlines according to established procedures.
- Minimize time between jobs by keeping the area organized and ensuring adequate inventory.
- Balance and reconcile jobs to verify accuracy.
Technical Skills & Communication:
- Set up equipment properly to ensure documents are processed accurately.
- Run various inserter types including Pulse MSE and EPIC processing a variety of products (letters flats etc..
- Communicate effectively with leads technicians and supervisors to share pertinent information.
Confidentiality & Compliance:
- Maintain confidentiality of the clients proprietary information.
- Follow company procedures and adhere to safety standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for up to 10 hours during your shift.
- Engage in physical activities such as walking climbing bending pushing pulling lifting and stooping.
