Aegis of Carmichaelis looking for a Maintenance Assistant to assist the Maintenance Director in the general maintenance and repair of our assisted living community and works for the lowestcost solutions to maintenance issues.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Perform repairs and do preventative maintenance on mechanicals
- Prepare rooms for new residents
- Communicate effectively with residents other staff and Maintenance Director on updates or issues that need to be addressed
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of facilities and operations systems management in an assisted living and dementia care community
- Skilled at building relationships with residents and staff members
- Ability to maintain resident confidentiality
- Knowledge and/or ability to learn federal state and local regulations
- Must be willing to take TB test
