At Autocar we fight for the drivers needs. We are disrupting the industry by putting the drivers needs first. Every truck we make is customengineered and custommade specifically for that customer no mass production here.Because we engineer trucks differently we deliver trucks faster than the competition and they WORK. The truck has more uptime is more comfortable for the driver and is safer 40 fewer crashes with injury than the industryaverage. For the life of the truck we have around the clock support. Your Mission:
Manage and optimize daily warehouse operations including receiving inventory management material replenishment for production and outbound shipping for service orders.
Leverage proven expertise in implementing and maintaining efficient internal logistics processes to ensure inventory accuracy timely material availability and overall operational productivity.
Key Outcomes:
Safe and Efficient Warehouse Operations
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure zero workplace accidents.
- Enforce proper storage handling and equipment usage (forklifts tuggers docks and racks).
- Organize and optimize warehouse operationsincluding inventory management goods cataloging route planning and shipment processing.
- Maintain full compliance with all relevant laws regulations and ISO standards to uphold quality and safety.
Inventory Accuracy and Material Flow Optimization
- Maintain a minimum of95 inventory integritythrough continuous improvement.
- Ensure100 ontime outbound delivery.
- Reduce inaccuracy and discrepancies through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Operational Excellence and Productivity Improvements
- Establish document train and auditstandard work proceduresfor warehouse processes.
- Optimize management of warehouse staffing to ensure component kit and bulk deliveries meet daily goals. Including inbound component receipts and storage and outbound shipping.
- ImplementLean Production System principles including pull production and replenishment.
- Build and lead a highperforming team that aligns with and delivers Autocars goals and objectives using the companys toolset.
- Ensure operational excellence by achieving cost efficiency productivity accuracy and timely delivery targets.
Strategic Planning and Vendor Coordination
- Develop and execute astrategic logistics and warehouse storage plan(PFEP & 5S) to improve warehouse efficiency and transportation.
- Work closely with suppliers vendors and 3PL providers to ensure seamless material flow.
- Oversee streamline and optimize the entire order cycle to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage quality quantity stock levels delivery schedules transportation costs and overall logistical efficiency.
DataDriven Performance Management
- Track key warehouse metrics and analyze data to drive performance through operational improvements.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies based on performance trends and efficiency gaps.

- Extensive background ininternal logistics operations and supply chain management.

Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
- Strong knowledge ofLean Production Systems pull production and replenishment.
- Ability toimplement process improvements to eliminate waste and inefficiencies.
Operational & ProblemSolving
- Skilled in managingwarehouse inventory shipping receiving and internal material flow.
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to meet cost productivity and accuracy goals.
Analytical & DataDriven Decision Making
- Ability tointerpret warehouse performance dataand implement strategic improvements.
- Strong problemsolving skills to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
- Effective communication withinternal teams suppliers and vendorsto ensure seamless operations.
- Ability to manage crossfunctional relationships within amanufacturing and supply chain environment.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in an internal logistics operation with at least 7 years in a leadership role driving efficiency and operational excellence leading the operation.
- Proven success in launching and scaling 3PL startups from the ground up ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization.
- Handson expertise in Lean Production Systems specifically pull production and replenishment strategies to maximize material flow and minimize waste.
- Preference given to candidates with a track record of success in 3PL logistics leadership demonstrating measurable improvements in cost reduction efficiency and ontime delivery.
