Join our Team! As the leader of the Calibration & IT team you will find an exciting challenge in our laboratories. You and your team will provide longterm support for testing operations by ensuring the availability of systems and equipment efficiently and in cooperation with various laboratory departments. You will ensure reliable and standardcompliant laboratory operations by looking after the test equipment and being responsible for calibrating it. Clean and accurate documentation is key proactive service with internal and external customers and the exact creation of calibration reports are important.

How Youll Make an Impact
Lead a team of professionals and paraprofessionals setting goals and objectives to achieve operational results
Analyse test results and experiments to ensure conformity to physical and/or chemical specifications
Maintain records of analysis and tests
Ensure policies practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports customers and stakeholders
Lead the calibration department of the development laboratories in Switzerland
Ensure measuring devices are calibrated according to IEC 127025 standards and regulations
Develop and innovate calibration and measurement procedures for various physical quantities including current voltage power temperature pressure and displacement measurements
Lead the laboratory IT department
Manage staff and operate the internal laboratory network
Maintain measurement computers and operate cloudbased Windows servers
Your Background
Bachelor or masters in engineering
Proven experience in laboratory quality assurance and testing procedures
Familiarity with standard and industryspecific specialized laboratory equipment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of IEC 17025 standards and regulations
Experience in developing and innovating calibration and measurement procedures
Proficiency in IT management and cloudbased server operations
