Were expanding our wellestablished functions team and are looking for a dynamic Functions Supervisor to help manage and coordinate a wide range of events including weddings corporate functions and private celebrations.
As a key part of our team youll oversee the seamless of events across our multilevel venue ensuring every detail is flawlessly delivered. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and love creating memorable moments wed love to hear from you!

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a functions or events coordinator role
- Experience working in the food & beverage industry
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience with Ivvy or Seven rooms desirable
- A passion for functions events and being customer facing
- Ability to work across weekends nights and public holidays
