Lead the Future of Data Science in Fintech!
Duties & Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Develop & implement business intelligence models to enhance decisionmaking.
- Analyze large datasets using Python & machine learning techniques to uncover insights.
- Design & maintain scalable data infrastructure for realtime analytics.
- Collaborate with engineering product and operations teams to integrate datadriven insights.
- Translate complex data into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.
- Define best practices for data governance quality and compliance.
What You Bring:
- 5 yearsof experience in data science with a focus on BI analytics or operational decisionmaking.
- Expertise in Python(Pandas NumPy ScikitLearn) and data visualization tools.
- Experience with large datasetsand databases (SQL Snowflake BigQuery or similar).
- Strong statistical & machine learningknowledge.
- Leadership experienceor a strong desire to build and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skillsable to translate data insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience incredit risk modeling alternative credit scoring or financial data analysis.
- Familiarity withcloudbased data platforms(AWS GCP or Azure).
- Knowledge ofBI tools(Power BI Tableau Looker).
- Experience withA/B testing & experimentation frameworks.
