Summary:
Process sample orders that come in by email phone call or walkup from sales reps customers or internal employees. Process orders quickly to ensure they get shipped when needed and correctly according to information provided in the sample request.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Process sample orders
- Quality check others sample orders
- Take phone calls and answer questions or take down order information correctly to later process sample order.
- Being professional to customers
- Attend sampling training meetings and retain information from meetings or keep record of notes to refer back to answer any questions regarding samples.
- Being able to navigate through 3forms software.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Associate meets quality standards.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
- To perform this job successfully an individual should have a working knowledge of Windows software.
