The Opportunity:
Saint Lukes Crittenton Childrens Center in South Kansas City MO is seeking a Hospital Therapist to join our team. In this role you will have the opportunity to assist the Intake Director in the planning coordination and evaluation of all the daily activities of the Intake Department. Your experience and expertise will allow you to successfully triage emergency and nonemergency calls verify or coordinate the certification of all funding eligibility and benefits along with conducting intake assessments. Shift: Schedule is Monday Friday 4 pm midnight OR Sunday Thursday 4 pm midnight.
The Work:
We are seeking Hospital Therapists with experience working with children. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the system and processes of mental health care. This position will require the skills necessary to develop communication systems that triage workloads on a daily basis. We are looking for someone with great communication and written skills with a warm caring attitude. To be successful in this role you must be detail oriented efficient adaptable and capable of multitasking. This position requires you to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously.

Must have a masters degree and applicable MO license (LMSW LPC PLPC LCSW).
