Your Role
As our Office Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading our team optimizing operations and ensuring a seamless client experience. You will be responsible for managing staff overseeing financial and administrative tasks and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Key Qualifications:
- Luxury Retail & Beauty Expertise Experience managing toptier beauty brands ensuring an elevated client experience.
- Exceptional Sales & Upselling Skills A proven track record of driving revenue growth through product knowledge personalized consultations and strategic promotions.
- Strong Leadership & Team Management Experienced in training and developing a highperforming team setting sales goals and maintaining service excellence.
- Impeccable Personal Presentation Always polished and professional reflecting the brands high standards in beauty and aesthetics.
- ClientCentric Mindset Deep understanding of luxury customer service focusing on relationshipbuilding and VIP client retention.
- Aesthetic Industry Knowledge Passion for medical aesthetics skincare treatments and cosmetic procedures with a willingness to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Operational Savvy Skilled in overseeing daily spa operations scheduling inventory management and ensuring compliance with medspa regulations.
What Were Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a MedSpa aesthetics or luxury wellness setting
- Strong background in business operations team management and client relations
- Salesdriven mindset with the ability to implement growth strategies
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM scheduling and POS systems
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics services including Botox fillers lasers and IV therapy is a plus
- Passion for the health beauty and wellness industry
- Able to balance a warm welcoming demeanor with strong leadership skills.
