Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales.
- Inbound Calls: Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers understand their needs and provide relevant information about our products and services.
- FollowUp: Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller Sales Representative or similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Sales Ability: Persuasive and goaloriented with a knack for closing deals.
- TechSavvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Languages: Fluency in Insert Relevant Languages additional language skills are a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing Business or related field is preferred.
