Job Description
Handling endtoend recruitment in all districts 700 across Pan India(preferred South) .
Candidate with 2 to 5 yrs of recruitment experience in 2 3 & 4Tier cities.
Should be able to communicate in multiple languages
Should have hired field force (can visit door to door) in multiple regions.
Sourcing screening shortlisting profiles
Requirements
.Must have done hiring in 2 3 or 4Tier cities.
Preference to candidates who have experience in BFSI segment/ Insurance Telecom Logistics Retail Hospitality Market Research Media FMCG / FMCD background.
Good communication skills and negotiation.
Have Strong Experience in EXCEL and WORD.
Experience 2 yr to 5 yrs in recruitment
Experience in bulk hiring is a must especially in South India have hired more than 60 candidates in a month.
Should be able to communicate in multiple language especially malayala Kanada Tamil Telugu etc ...
(Can relocate to Mumbai (accommodation can be provided)
