Be the catalyst at the intersection of technology and sales to tailor cuttingedge products that fit client challenges.

As a Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate in Client Consulting you contribute significantly to a team that innovates and supports the sales process in architecting comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Draw on client feedback and support the channeling modification and technical design and adaptation of largescale solutions.

As a member of the team you will have a major impact on our future success by partnering with our sales team. The Client Consultant works closely with prospects and existing JPM clients who want to grow their businesses by using JPMs solutions. The client consultant is a business and technical expertwho can position and articulate JPMs value proposition and demonstrate product specific solutions during sales cycles in order to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory. You will be required to participate in a structured collaborative training specific to the JPMs technology stack industry and presales motions that will provide you the opportunity to build technical and soft skills and pursue diverse career paths.

Job responsibilities
  • Executes the configuration and modification of the firms existing products and solutions often in partnership with Technology to fit complex client use cases
  • Develops training and collateral to support the Sales team
  • Oversees the aggregation and analysis of relevant client and market data to support the Solutions team in delivering impactful solutions
  • Engages with technical roles on the client team to field and answer product queries
  • Partner with sales as the technical and payments domain expertof a clientfacing team including contributing to RFI/RFP responses.
  • Lead discovery meetings to understand users business priorities their challenges and prescribe solutions that will solve their most pressing needs.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and existing architecture to assess how JPM can be best positioned to win the clients business; Build relationships with key decision makers business owners and founders
  • Demonstrate JPMs endtoend solutions to our future and current users to showcase JPMs unique business value and differentiators; Answer product features and technical questions from customers.
  • Clearly differentiate JPMs products and services as well as provide user references to highlight JPMs value add to their business; Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements thatcanaddress customer needs and provide additional value.
  • Shareand learnbest practices and reusable assets with other Client Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team; Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation;
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings conferences user groups and trade shows.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
  • 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related products
  • Proficient technical knowledge of the cluster of products and exposure to the sales cycle
  • Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Experience supporting the technical design of products or technology applications
  • BS/BA in Computer Science Business Information Systems(BIS) Information Technology Engineering Math or equivalent with an ability to learn technical concepts
  • 1 years post college work experience in technical/business consulting software engineering sales/presales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrate products virtually and in person.
  • Ability to work with users to solve challenging problems and simplify/explain hard complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Curious selfstarter who likes to be challenged and deal with ambiguity and willing to learn new technologies and business processes.
  • Highly motivated and optimistic organized and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
  • Knowledge of one programming language like Java Python Ruby Node.js C# or C or the interest to learn a programming language is a bonus.
  • Experience of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a bonus.
