Job Description:
Client Services is responsible for delivering exceptional support to all direct connect processors within the network. As the first point of contact we handle a range of operational needs including transaction research billing inquires reporting reconciliation semiannual releases operating rule and ISO specification clarifications compliance items and new project support. Through our keen attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities we build and maintain trusted client relationships while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
What Youll Do
This role is responsible for supporting the Client Services team in providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries troubleshooting issues and ensuring a positive client experience. This position involves responding to client requests offering solutions and maintaining accurate records while adhering to company policies and procedures. The Associate Client Support Specialist actively manages and escalates risk and customerimpacting issues within the daytoday role to management.
How Youll Do It
- Manage customer service request intake portal.
- Analyze endtoend transaction processing troubleshooting issues to resolve service requests.
- Review project plans and coordinates project activity.
- Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business financial or economic data for review by executives managers clients and other stakeholders.
- Meet with management to discuss details of issues.
Qualifications Youll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management Continuous Improvement Finance or relatedfield
