This role will lead the longterm strategic vision and roadmap for investment management related large complex multistakeholder digital product families demonstrating a deep understanding of the digital product(s) and associated business areas along with a significant degree of investment acumen. Digital products have Investment Management Group divisional wide implications.

What it Takes:

As the Head of Fund Ecosystem Technology and DPM you will be accountable for developing a team of digital product managers and specialists in leading the charge to establish and advance the longterm strategic vision and roadmap of digital products that enable the Fund Ecosystem (Middle and Back Office Operations) and fuel large complex multistakeholder digital product families. Your role will involve anticipating challenges and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders Investment Management Group and Banking partners to ensure seamless of the longterm strategy.

Core Responsibilities:

• Hires evaluates and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards reviews performance and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Leads digital product management teams for a strategic digital product or product group. Sets new digital product strategy and adjusts strategies for program or digital product group.
• Leads influences or directly supervises crossfunctional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensures business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.
• Creates and maintains best practices and learnings providing coaching to product teams on current strategy. Oversees digital product teams support of the messaging communication and customer outreach as necessary.
• Builds and maintains strong business support from team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drives connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
• Leads the planning or is directly responsible for the development and implementation of new large complex multistakeholder products. Defines and analyzes markets develops detailed product features and requirements and develops implementation plans.
• Creates maintains and employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
• Leads and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of ten years of relevant Delivery experience and ten years of experience in leading product delivery initiatives.

• Previous peopleleadership experience within the Investment Management and Financial Services Industry.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
