Assistant Firm Administrator Charleston West Virginia Office

CWN is a wellestablished twooffice CPA firm providing tax accounting and advisory services. We are searching for those who are passionate about delivering quality service and leading a team to success. Our growing CPA firm has an opening for an energetic techsavvy and detailoriented Assistant Firm Administrator. This role requires someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is capable of assisting the firm administrator in managing multiple functions including accounting recruiting marketing human resources and other operational processes. The long term objective of this position is to move into the role of firm administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting: Oversee billing accounts receivable accounts payable and payroll and assist with company accounting.
  • Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment training and development of staff.
  • Marketing & Content Management: Facilitate marketing tasks including social media and website content.
  • Human Resources: Manage employee relations and regulatory compliance to foster a safe work environment.
  • Client & Project Coordination: Work with scheduling and project status for client engagements to help manage staff workloads.
  • Technology Administration: Assist with technology management for the firm including set up of workstations oversight of cloud management and point of contact for various programs includingCCH Axcess.
  • Operations Management: Maintain internal processes implement policies and coordinate administrative office functions.
