About our Team:
The Resident Services teamprovides transformative affordable and supportive housing and elevates thevoices of the communities we serve that are disproportionately affected bysystemic inequities. PPL provides 1600 housing units and serves nearly 13000people annually in the Twin Cities aiding in long term stable housing so thatour community can live their best lives. PPL integrates race equityorganizationwide through multiple strategies and systems change initiatives.
Job Summary:
The Family Services Coordinatorserves an impactful role partnering with families in PPL SupportiveHousing. The role provides comprehensive case management services facilitatesonsite workshops and makes referrals to community resources. PPL uses aPersonCentered Harm Reduction and Housing First approach to partner withparticipants from diverse communities. All families in PPL supportive housinghave experienced homelessness and behavioral health challenges. Family ServicesCoordinators pride themselves in building strong relationships serving thewhole family and offering services in person at a place of families choosingwhether it be in the comfort of their home or our vibrant community.

PPLs work structure has evolved into a Hybrid Modelwhere available striking a balance between onsite presence at the office or satellite locations and remote work from homebased on the programs needs. Working with your supervisor to find the right balance for your team will evolve over time.
