Customer Service Representative

Armidale campus 1x temporary position until 27 June 2025

Port Macquarie campus 1x permanent position

Bega campus 1x temporary position until April 2026

Base Salary $66212 $73085 p.a plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering enquiry management and transactional support to enable the delivery of the Student Services Branch service catalogue for all cohorts across the customer journey.

Through customer focused service delivery the Customer Service Representative will support a multichannel approach that maximises the enrolment retention and completion of TAFE NSW students and supports the provision of associated services to other TAFE NSW customers.

Working 35 hours per week Monday Friday between the hours of 8:00am6:00pm on site at one of our many TAFE NSW campuses.

We have immediate positions located in Armidale Bega and Port Macquarie and seeking a talent pool of candidates for the below campuses

About You

To succeed in this role youll have prior experience working in a highvolume service sector environment and delivering customer assistance over a variety of channels including phone email and inperson interactions.

You will be wellversed in technology with knowledge of MS Office email digital communications and past experience with a CRM system (CRM).

Youll be able to collaborate effectively and operate as a team member because you have good verbal and writing communication abilities.
