Job Overview
We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Executive for a fulltime junior position at Investors Clinic. The role is based in multiple locations including Haridwar Rishikesh Mohali Meerut Noida Gurgaon and Ambala. Candidates are required to have 1 to 3 years of work experience in the real estate industry focusing on sales. The primary objective is to drive sales and achieve targets within the given region.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in residential real estate dealings demonstrating an ability to manage client inquiries and offer tailored solutions effectively.
- Experience in working with channel partners to drive sales showcasing a collaborative spirit and the capability to enhance business relationships.
- Strong skill set in direct sales proven through the ability to close deals and maintain longterm client satisfaction in a competitive market.
- Expertise in B2C sales understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service to drive customer loyalty and referrals.
- Experience in new client acquisitions with a focus on expanding the customer base and generating new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation through meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.
- The ability to work independently and handle multiple client interactions simultaneously ensuring prompt responses and professional service delivery.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills facilitating effective dialogue with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Must have skills: real estate sales (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and close deals effectively within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and channel partners to ensure continued business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities by staying updated on real estate trends and competitor activities within the region.
- Conduct presentations to showcase real estate properties and consult with clients to determine their property requirements and budget.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional campaigns and drive increased footfall and client engagement.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for property sales ensuring they align with company policies and meet client expectations.
- Provide clients with advice and guidance on legal financial and marketrelated matters to facilitate informed decisionmaking.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance market trends and client feedback to inform upper management of ongoing progress and challenges.
