Location: Moncton
Salary Range: $2262.00 to $2734.00 biweekly.
As part of the Department of Student Services and reporting to the Head of International and Equity Services the Student Success Coach supports the achievement of College objectives in meeting or exceeding learner success and retention. The Student Success Coach is responsible for helping Indigenous and other equitydeserving learners make purposeful choices and maintain momentum as they progress through their academic pathways. They will use a proactive approach and seek to apply Indigenous ways of knowing and doing as a coach to effectively address intersecting needs and support learner success.
