What You Will Get To Do:
- Maintain office space operational.
- Coordinate with building management for maintenance as needed.
- Coordinate vendors for HVAC Security.
- Assist with access badges set up for new hires or replacement.
- Cleaning needs of lobby conference rooms breakrooms and print areas.
- Coordinate food catering when needed and appropriate set up and cleanup of catering.
- Conference room coordination.
- Coordinate and set up weekly snacks fruits bagels etc.
- Ensure Health and Safety guidelines in the office space are meet.
- Coordinate yearly fire drill exercises in coordination with the building.
- Partner with HR on onboarding activity and assisting with new hires.
- Assist with inventory order office & pantry supplies.
- Other duties as required from the Real Estate Manager.
