Your future role
Reporting toMaterial Planning Management the Material Expeditor is responsible formanaginginternal and/or external suppliers portfolio to ensure goods delivery at right time quantity and place based on Alstom needs.
Flexibility and mobility are required to be able to travel (Canada and US) to various Alstom sites or to Suppliers facilities as part of the material delivery followup.
While interacting daily with coworkers external suppliers and management all activities will be performed in accordance with strict Health & Safety procedures as prescribed by legislation and the ALSTOM Health & Safety policies.

Associates degree inSupply Chain / Engineering/Industrial/Business administration or other related field
35 years relevant experience inMaterial Planning/Expediting
ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
Excellent problemsolving skills with equally strong computer skills
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Nice to have Materials requirements planningSupplier Delivery Performance ManagementInventory Management & Material Planning techniquesTransport & Distribution)
