We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire suitable talent in a timely efficient & costeffective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
Job Location:Corporate Office Meerut
Experience:Minimum 8 years
Work Week:MonSat.
Candidate shall be required to:
- Partner with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Lead all sourcing strategies
- Manage external partnerships with colleges job boards and HR software vendors
- Plan & implement online and offline employer branding activities
- Observe and strengthen all stages of candidate experience (including application interviews and communication)
- Manage train and evaluate the team of recruiters
- Participate in and host recruitment events to develop awareness of the Company
- Develop a network of potential future hires
- Prepare and review annual recruitment budget
- Measure key recruitment metrics like Recruitment Funnel TAT cost per hire etc.
Skills Required:
- Good experience of managing fullcycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
- Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
- Good teammanagement abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster longterm relationships
- Hands on experience in MS Excel preferred if has worked on Google Spreadsheets
Qualification Required:
MBA with specialization in HRM
