JOB PURPOSE

Lead the entire vertical independentlyGovernanceof SLA & SOP Digitization& automation for process improvisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for driving Outbound Team end to end
  • Monitor and manage Key processes and compliance to various policies and meet the SLA
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly dashboard/MIS to management for review
  • Proactively audit and identify potential issues and take necessary action. Also Follow up all the issues reported take necessary action and provide regular updates to the management as and when required
  • Execute daily weekly and monthly report submission to management internal and external stakeholders
  • To manage the team of support throughout the tenure.
  • Maintaining performance matrix
  • Should possess below skills:

Leadership Skills People management Performance evaluation Conflict resolution Problem solving skills & must possess Excellent Communication Skills

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Good Communication Skills Both English & Hindi (Additional Language will be an add on)
  • Good in Team Management & knowledge of performance metrics
  • Must have exposure in Attrition and Shrinkage Handling
  • Should have managed teams of around 25 people in areas of Inbound/ Outbound
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Skills in managing large volumes of data along with data analysis & MIS
  • Graduation 5 years experience in Team handling/Managerial Role)
