Vacancy: LETTINGS VALUER / LISTER Residential Lettings
Location: Canary Wharf E14
Salary: OTE 70k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Be part of a truly exceptional team of dynamic resourceful and motivated professionals: This is a wonderful opportunity for a skilled Lettings Agent with experience of valuing and listing homes with an awardwinning independent Estate Agency with offices in Canary Wharf.
To be considered for this role as a Lister / Valuer you must have previous estate agency experience a proven track record of achievement in a lettings role and experience of valuations and listings in the residential property sector.
You will be highly selfmotivated wellpresented articulate and specifically be capable of winning instructions at the right price for the right fee and of being able to spot and take advantage of valuable business opportunities.
You must be able to win instructions at all levels of the market as well as help maintain and retain relationship with existing vendors.

Skills required for this Lettings Valuer / Lister role will include:
- Must have proven property lettings experience
- Listing and instruction winning ability essential
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Great telephone sales skills
- Smart wellpresented and wellspoken
- Ambitious and selfmotivated
- Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of the London Market
- Driver with full a UK license
