Job Description
We are looking for 12 Digitisation Assistants to join us at our Canberra office on a new project in the afternoon shift:
- 3:30 PM to 11:36 PM
Important:
This project involves handling sensitive content which may include information or images that could be distressing to some individuals. Therefore the successful candidate must be comfortable with this aspect of the role.
Additionally due to the security measures involved all candidates must hold Baseline Security Clearance or Higher.
Whats a Digitisation Assistant
Digitisation Assistants are integral to TIMGs success in being able to deliver agreed project objectives to our customers. Based in Canberra our team are part of a national Digitisation who work together on shared projects and initiatives as well as autonomously on local and statewide clients.
You will:
- Ensure correct use of TIMG internal systems is always maintained in accordance with instructions
- Prepare documents for scanning
- Use Microsoft Office to enter data
- Pick and pack as required related to digitisation tasks
- Perform high speed scanning of records
- Manage postprocessing of scanned images
- Perform quality assurance

While previous experience would be a plus its ultimately your attitude thats most important to us. We can teach you everything else.
