About this opportunity
The CLS program is designed to work with participants to address key areas that support the development of decisionmaking skills social skills independent living skills belonging in the community healthy lifestyle selfidentity selfesteem and resilience.
A key outcome of this program is to support the participant to identify and nurture natural supports that sustain recovery and assist in the development of selfmanagement skills.
Working in the role of Rehabilitation and Recovery Support Worker you will provide practical goal driven support to people living with a mental health condition through the CLS program. This outreach focused program will include a structured peer education program delivered flexibly for both people and their families with a focus on community development engagement and family capacity building. You will work collaboratively with each participant and their Recovery Worker in order to support improved mental wellbeing.
