Position Summary
Bilingual Therapist provides psychotherapeutic treatment rehabilitation and care coordination in both English and Spanish. Services are provided onsite or in the field as needed for children up to age 21 and their families. The Bilingual Therapist supports the client and their family in meeting their mental health goals.
Position Details
Complete clinical assessment and diagnosis with clients to assess their strengths and needs from a clinical perspective. Develop case conceptualization that is informed by biological psychological social cultural factors and protective factors as a framework for the therapeutic process. Develop a treatment plan with measurable and observable goals in collaboration with clients. Provide consistent client care and address issues of engagement to ensure continuity of services.

Requirements:
License
Must be either registered or licensed with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) Associate Social Worker (ASW) Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) OR eligible to be registered with the CA Board of Psychology as a Psychological Associate or Registered Psychologist.
Qualifications
- Masters or Doctorate degree required.
- 2 years clinical experience working with children and families preferred.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and webbased systems.
- Proficient in use of Zoom.
- Able to adapt to using various types of software.
- Must have reliable transportation to carry out the functions of the position.
- Must have criminal record clearance from the DOJ.
