Are you passionate about making a real difference and being part of a vibrant team National 360 is seeking a committed Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Ballarat.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Be part of a fantastic multidisciplinary team with likeminded clinicians.
- Enjoy a steady workflow in both adult and pediatric caseload on a part time basis 0.8PTE)
- Provide community clinic and telehealth services to NDIS participants & aged care clients.
- Focus on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex care needs physical or neurological conditions intellectual disabilities and psychosocial challenges.

WHO YOU ARE
- You hold a relevant Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy
- You have1yearsexperience working as a Physiotherapist
- You have1 yearsexperience working directly withNDISclients
- You have full Australian working rights
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current drivers license
- You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
