Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder in einem hnlichen Berufsfeld

• Mehrjhrige Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung und Wartung von Spritzgiewerkzeugen

• Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch von Vorteil

• Stapler und Kranfhrerschein wnschenswert

• Grundkenntnisse in Heikanaltechnik Hydraulik und Pneumatik sind ein Plus

• EDVKenntnisse von Vorteil

• Zielorientierte strukturierte und sichere Arbeitsweise

• Teamgeist und gute Kommunikationsfhigkeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Reparatur und Wartung von Spritzgiewerkzeugen

• Fehleranalyse und selbststndige Abarbeitung gem Fehlerbericht

• Polierarbeiten und Oberflchenprfung mit Stereomikroskop

• Umbau und Bereitstellung der Werkzeuge

• Verkabelung von Heikanalsystemen und Endmontage

• Aktive Mitgestaltung zur Verbesserung der Spritzgiewerkzeuge

• Lesen von CADDaten und Konstruktionszeichnungen

• Dokumentation der Arbeitsauftrge im Werkzeuglebenslauf
