We are hiring Customer Support / Solutions Consultants for a global leader in digital services supporting Googles non-technical products like Play Store gPay Google for Families Books and Movies.
Youll be helping users solve everyday challenges through friendly efficient and high-quality customer care.
What Youll Do:

Provide customer support for non-technical issues across Google services

Help users navigate Play Store purchases subscriptions digital content and family settings

Use your language skills to ensure a personalized and empathetic user experience

Work with international teams in a dynamic and supportive environment

Work Schedule & Hours:

Flexible contract options: 4h / 6h / 8h per day

Monday to Sunday shifts depending on the project
