How will I help
Our branches are an important part of the communitiestheyre based in and as a Customer Service Leadyoud havean important role to play in helping the community to get the best possible banking experience. Combining your businessknowhow with your passion for peopleyoull work with your Regional General Manager and your branch team to coach and motivate a diversedynamic and collaborative team to even greater heights.Youll prove to our customers every day whytheyve come to the right place for all their financial needs. And thatyoure just as invested in the local community as they are.

What do I need
A natural ability to put the customer at the heart of everything you do and to manage a team of people by inspiring them to do the same.Youll be a senior member of a branch team and be a strategic thinker to help implement local sales plans to drive business and develop and encourage your team to learn and grow soyoull be equipped with everything you need to deliverabove and beyond results. That includes profit and loss accountabilitygreat communication skills and a keen eye for detail.Ideallyyoud be a local but ifyoure not having a passion for helping a community will be a part of who you are.
