Role:
The Business Development Executive/Senior Executive will closely collaborate with the Sales Manager Distribution (XLC) to achieve sales targets both primary and secondary in the assigned geography. They will be responsible for embodying and promoting the companys values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop people and organizational capabilities
- Build strong customer relationships focusing on collaboration and team leadership
- Understand and address the needs and requirements of the assigned geography especially regarding pricing structures and product portfolio demand trends
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
