As a Executive Pastry Chef your compensation will be $130000 to $133000 per annum.

You will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the overall pastry culinary and service concept of the hotel while overseeing and efficiently running the Pastry Kitchen. Ensures adherence to DC Core Standards and required Health and Food Safety standards. All to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
Youll also be responsible for the planning organization direction of the operations and supervision of staff. Interviews hires and trains employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. hiring employee training and development.

Our Executive Pastry Chefs are in charge of the entire Pastry and Baked Goods: ordering handling kitchen receiving storage rotation utilization preparation and development of food related standards of procedures. You will be responsible for writing all food product purchasing specifications for dessert and bread programs. Full outlet menu development with product presentation specifications for all of our F&B outlets which also includes amenities holiday items promotional and staff event menus and room service.
