Were seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef Pastry to join our culinary team at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort and Convention Centre. In this hands-on leadership role youll oversee pastry production across both our resort dining outlets including SOLA Bar & Restaurant and our large-scale convention centre. Youll play a key role in day-to-day operations while contributing creatively to menus and leading a high-performing team across two diverse kitchens.
