Under the general direction of the department manager andwithin established hospital and departmental guidelines the InventoryController performs a broad range of activities and projects associated withsuccessful inventory management. Leadssupports and coordinates projects in supply management. Monitors maintains and oversees theintegrity of the inventory system by identifying recommending and implementingimprovements to processes and systems.Provides analyses related to inventory operations productivity stockand service.

Work history must include inventorywarehouse or supply management experience.Health care experience helpful.
Must have experience with computerizedinventory management systems PeopleSoft a plus.
Skills in analysis and datainterpretation necessary. Demonstratedproficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word programs required Microsoft Access aplus.
Must have ability to take initiativework independently and prioritize projects of varying complexity.
Requires excellent interpersonalorganizational and influencing skills.
Bachelors degree or equivalent withminimum of three years related work experience needed.
