Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with key agricultural customers.
Promote and sell agricultural products and services tailored to customer needs.
Strategize and implement initiatives to drive Agri sales growth in alignment with targets.
Ensure consistent and professional customer service aligned with company standards.
Gather and analyze customer and market data to support strategic decisionmaking.
Provide valuable market insights and competitor activity reports to management.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies procedures and external regulations.
BSc in Agricultural Economics or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience in the agribusiness sector specifically within the packaging material environment.
Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced sales management and negotiation capabilities.
Proven ability to handle complexity and exercise sound judgment.
High level of selfawareness and a strong drive for achievement.
Demonstrated ability to leverage data for businesstobusiness engagement and growth.
