Job Summary
Coordinate scheduling activities and communicate information to appropriate staff and clients. Adjust schedules according to client needs and staff availability as needed. Receive incoming telephone calls and provide appropriate responses and/or information.
May be assigned a variety of administrative tasks relating to insurance billing payroll processing and human resources.
Key Activities
Field staff is assigned to clients based on availability and skill. Continuity of care is considered in scheduling.
Schedules are prepared and information is communicated to clients and field staff.
Data is input to computerized system and information is distributed to employees clients and contract agencies.
Schedules are updated and adjusted according to changes in client needs and staff availability
Field staff performance is monitored and guidance is provided to ensure client services are provided timely.
Established protocols and processes are followed to ensure quality customer service.
Relationships with clients field staff and referral sources are developed and maintained to be positive and productive.
Activities and work processes are followed in cooperation with other staff throughout the Partners system.
May be assigned any or all of the following additional tasks:
oApplicants are interviewed and testing is administered according to guidelines.
oNew hire orientation materials and information is presented according to established procedures.
oTimesheets and staff schedules are reconciled to determine accuracy and identify discrepancies.
oNew and existing business opportunities are actively pursued to enhance market share growth.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role required.
Prior experience in a health care role preferred.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new software.
Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize assignments
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to interact with a diverse population
Excellent written verbal and electronic communications skills.
Detailoriented tasks performed with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to adapt to changing situations
