About the role

For this role TWE is looking for a motivated detailoriented individual who is not intimidated by technology or data entry to join the Wine Information team for Harvest 2025. The Wine Information team supports winemaking by maintaining the integrity accuracy and timeliness of all data entered into the wine tracking system.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input information into the Bulk Wine Tracking system (JDE Grower/Blend) by deciphering various types of completed documents and work orders.
  • Communicate with wine making and cellar to research and correct worker order discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with production team for monthend physical inventories of wine and additives reconciling counts to system inventories investigating and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Develop expertise of multiple computer software systems in order to troubleshoot problem solve and propose improvements to system related processes.
  • Maintain organized filing and archival system for quick information and documentation retrieval for audits reference and research.
  • Learn cellar operations and overall winemaking production processes as they apply to wine tracking and compliance.
  • Attend complete and comply with all HSE/Safety courses as required.
  • Availability for weekends during harvest.

About You

  • You are a problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting and solving puzzles.
  • Have basic math skills including computing weighted averages and converting units of measure.
  • Are not intimidated by technology are computer literate and have experience with database driven and/or enterprise level software programs.
  • Not afraid to ask questions and continually learn.
  • You have strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • You are selfdirected and can manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Are successful when working within deadline constraints.
  • Can adapt in an everchanging environment.
  • Are able to work overtime and weekends during the Harvest months.
  • Experience with wine tracking software is a plus but not necessary.
  • Understanding the winemaking process is a plus but not necessary.
  • Safety is your number one priority for yourself and those around you.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $20 to $26 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous jobrelated factors including but not limited to candidate qualifications skills experience education location and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of St. Helena CA.If the incumbent works out of another location the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
