Job Overview
Looking for a skilled trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our email marketing team. The trainer will be responsible for equipping employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to optimize email campaigns enhance engagement and improve overall performance. This role requires a blend of instructional expertise industry knowledge and handson experience in email marketing strategies and tools.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Training Development & Delivery:
- Design and conduct interactive training sessions on various best practices tools and strategies.
- Develop onboarding programs for different teams like new hires existing personnel and nonoperational departments
- Providing training on compliance regulations and procedures to ensure correct and ethical practices are deployed
Content Creation & Learning Materials:
- Develop training materials including presentations elearning modules SOPs and tutorials
- Create case studies and realworld examples to enhance practical learning
- Keep training content updated with the latest email marketing trends and innovations
Coaching & Support:
- Conduct followup coaching sessions to reinforce training and address individual challenges
- Work closely with various teams to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly
- Offer feedback and performance improvement strategies to employees posttraining
Performance Evaluation:
- Gather feedback from trainees and managers to enhance training programs
- Analyze training impact on email marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements
Experience
Preferred Experience:
- A bachelors degree in marketing Communications or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Training Email Marketing or a Digital Marketing role
- Prior experience as a trainer facilitator or coach in a corporate setting
Soft Skills:
- Excellent presentation facilitation and communication skills
- The ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness
- Problemsolving mindset and adaptability in a fastpaced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in relevant training methodologies like Train The Trainer Communication Skills MBTI
- Familiarity with AIpowered email marketing tools and emerging trends
Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
- A Masters degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
