Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
oIdentify and generate new sales opportunities through networking cold calling and market research.
oPresent and sell company products and services to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
oMaintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
oAddress client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Targets:
oMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
oTrack and report on sales performance metrics.
Market Analysis:
oStay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors.
oProvide feedback to the company on market trends and client needs.
Sales Strategy:
oDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
oCollaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company sales goals.
Coordination:
oCoordinate with Marketing team for lead
oManage coordination with Support team
Qualifications:
Education:
oBachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
oMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales or Exp. in GPS industry will be an added advantage.
oProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
oExcellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
oSelfmotivated with a strong work ethic.
