Role Responsibility: Maitre d is responsible for managing the catering side of an event overseeing staff coordinating communication between the kitchen and reception and ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. Renault Resort and winery is a leader in the hospitality industry. Renault has an exciting opportunity available for the right individual
Responsibilities:
- and direction ofall aspects of service catering procedures
- Responsible to organizeand set up the banquet dining room
- Able to understand andflawlessly execute every detail of a banquet event order
- Supervise and trainbanquet service staff to perform at a high level
- Entrusted to ensure onehundred percent customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with all eventvendors
- Provide nightly reports tomanagement
- Excellent time managementand communication skills
- Reports directly to theDirector of Catering
