Job Description
Job Summary
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the companys IT operations ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems and leading a team of IT professionals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problemsolving skills and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department
- Develop and implement IT policy and procedures
- Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure and data
- Plan and manage IT budgets
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals
- Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions
- Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software and licenses
- Manage IT projects including system upgrades and new implementations
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly
- All additional tasks as requested by the executives and owners
Qualification Standards
- 5 or more years experience in an IT role or related experience
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems networks and related technologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with IT budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
Compensation and Benefits
$100000.00 to $120000.00 annual salary
