Job Description
Job Title:Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)
Qualification:2 or Above
Language Requirement:Kannada (Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory)
Work Shift:Rotational Shifts & Week Off
Job Location:Chennai (Ambattur)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in Kannada (oral and written communication).
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
