Paystone started in the payment processing industry and has since expanded to include gift cards loyalty reputation management and marketing. Were currently looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team.
Role Summary
As an Onboarding Specialist at Paystone you will be responsible for managing new customer deployment projects upgrades and ongoing requests for our Gift and Loyalty software product. Youll work closely with clients to ensure seamless integration and a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication and project management skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
