Pega Developer PRPC and Agile Development

Software Requirements:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate Pega Developer with a solid understanding of the Pega platform along with knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Pega PRPC applications and workflows based on business requirements.
• Customize and configure Pega PRPC components including case types data models user interfaces integrations and reporting.
• Collaborate with business analysts system architects and other stakeholders to design and test Pega PRPC solutions that meet user needs and comply with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Pega PRPC issues and defects; provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
• Stay updated with Pega PRPC technology trends and best practices recommending improvements and enhancements to existing processes and systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members; participate in code reviews and knowledgesharing sessions.
• Actively participate in Agile or Scrum development processes including sprint planning backlog grooming and daily standups.

Technical Skills:

• Pega Development:Proficient in Pega PRPC application development and customization.
• Programming Languages:Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java Python or Node.js.
• Development Methodologies:Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile Scrum Git JIRA and Confluence.

Experience:

• Minimum of 49 years of experience in software development with a focus on Pega or related technologies.
• Proven experience working with crossfunctional teams and participating in code reviews.

DaytoDay Activities:

• Participate in daily standup meetings and project planning sessions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and design effective solutions.
• Write test and deploy Pega solutions in accordance with project timelines.
• Engage in code reviews providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements in Pega development.
• Provide technical support to team members and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Adaptability to new technologies and changing requirements.
