Your role

As Manager of Command and Control Software you will lead software delivery teams to develop stateoftheart Command and Control applications. Your role will focus on fostering agile ways of working embracing DevOps principles and driving continuous improvement in software development practices. You will ensure that our solutions are robust scalable and aligned with industry best practices.

As a key part of the Command and Control Management Team you will shape the departments strategy and contribute to a culture of innovation collaboration and technical excellence. Responsibilities within the role:

• Drive agile software development practices fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

• Lead and mentor teams to deliver highquality scalable and secure software solutions

• Experience of DevOps and CI/CD principles to improve deployment frequency and system reliability

• Ensure architectural and design best practices for products and subsystems

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and deliver customercentric solutions

• Manage personnel recruitment and budget to optimize team performance and growth

Your profile

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about modern software engineering and understands the power of agile methodologies. To succeed in this role you need:

• Software Development Expertise: Experience in developing designing integrating and verifying complex software systems

• Agile Leadership: Experience striving for Agile ways of working in a NotSoAgile surrounding

• DevOps & CI/CD Knowledge: Experience in modern software development pipelines including automated testing deployment and cloudnative technologies

• System Integration Skills: Understanding of how software and hardware integrate in advanced systems

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.

• Educational Background: A degree in engineering computer science or equivalent experience

Meritorious:

• Experience in the defense industry or other safetycritical environments

• Handson experience with cloudnative architectures and microservices.

• Familiarity with international collaborations and crossfunctional teams
